Policy

Wind, access, and a pane we missed.

Clearcource Building Glass, 103 Degraaf Cres, Aurora. Director Michael Colangelo. This is the policy behind a quote.

Quotes

A written quote is the price. The table on the pricing page is only for houses and a simple lobby. Tower and floor prices come from the elevation, the access, and how often you want us back. If the building is not what the photos showed, we stop and re-quote before the drop starts.

Deposits

A first house visit under $400 does not need a deposit. Tower work, office contracts, and any job at $400 or more are held with 20% when you accept the quote. The rest is due when that visit is finished.

If you move the day

More than 48 hours before: we rebook at no charge, or refund a deposit in full.

Inside 48 hours: a deposit is kept. A house with no deposit pays a $75 hold if we cannot fill the morning. Wind or lightning we call off does not count as your cancellation.

Wind and weather

Light rain does not stop a ground-floor or lobby wash. A rope drop is called off when the wind, lightning, or ice makes that face unsafe. That visit is moved at no charge. We do not push a drop to keep the date, and we do not switch the job to a swing stage.

What the building opens

A rope drop needs roof access, anchors rated for the ropes, and a contact on site. If those are not ready when we arrive, the drop waits. A wasted call on a tower is billed as the mobilization named in the quote, not as a finished elevation.

If we cannot make it

Illness or gear we cannot replace: you get the deposit back, or the next open morning at the same price. We say so the day before when we can.

Comebacks

If glass we cleaned is still streaked, email or call within five days and we come back once at no charge. After that return, the visit is complete. Etch, and dirt that landed after we left, are not a comeback.

How to ask

Email hello@clearcourcewindows.ca or call (683) 307-2548 with the address on the quote. We reply within two business days.
