Houses have a table. Towers get a quote.
A 40-storey wall is not a pane price. Tower work is a rope drop, quoted from the elevation. We do not price a swing stage because we do not use one. The figures below are before tax. The quote we email includes HST.

A tower quote names the elevation and the rope anchors the building has to open for us, plus water at the base. If we arrive and the face is not what the photos showed, we stop and re-quote before the drop starts.
First house visit under $400 does not need a deposit. Tower and office work is held with 20%. The wind and comeback policy covers a drop we have to call off.
